Come join us to tour one of the spectacular areas that is under consideration for marine reserves and spend a late-summer day with like-minded friends! This trip will feature talks by local fishermen, authors, marine scientists and members of the local community team who can answer your questions and provide insight into the marine reserve process. Our Ocean will provide carpooling in vans leaving from Portland, Salem and Corvallis on Saturday morning and returning Saturday evening. There is no cost for the September 18 trip, but RSVPs are required. All of Our Ocean's Coast Trips have been quick to fill up, so please don't wait to reserve your spot. RSVP today! On Saturday, September 18, Our Ocean will host an expedition to Cascade Head near Lincoln City, our final coastal field trip to proposed marine reserve sites. This trip will bring together inland and coastal residents for a day of fun and learning!
